This is an internal platform that employees at Realpro use to manage property listings. I conducted heuristic analysis to understand the key usability issues and redesigned the visualisation and navigation of the platform.

SPATE is an online dating app that caters to User’s preferences and marriage goals by narrowing down a target audience with specific agenda.

The purpose of this study was to test the usability of Sensitech’s Mobile App. The goal was to identify any usability problems and collect data while completing several tasks covering login, navigation, trip detail, acknowledge alarms, maps, graph and help screen.

OU? is a mobile application for finding public toilets. It helps users who are not familiar with the vicinity to locate near-by toilets. The app also allows users to get information on the toilet’s operating hours, fees and accessibility.

Linking Logan Airport's aim is to study the experience of travelling from Logan Airport to Boston's City Center via Logan Express bus and implement ideas that would make the experience for a first time visitor easier and more pleasant.

- Usability Testing
The purpose of this study was to test the usability of Sensitech’s Platform. The goal was to identify any usability problems, collect data about ease of access and find-ability, and determine the participants’ satisfaction with the platform, via observing and listening to users as they complete typical tasks using the platform, such as editing a trip.

- Drink ordering experience at a bar
This research focuses on the topic of “how can we improve an individual’s experience at a bar?” by utilising UX methods involving User Observation, User Interview, Thematic Analysis, Persona, Data Analysis, Design Recommendation, Prototype, User Testing and Feedback.
Customer Journey Map
This Experience Map shows the visualisation of an entire end-to-end experience that a User goes through in order to accomplish the goal of getting furniture at the Target store. The map captures and articulates key insights such as touch points and pain points within the experience.

A.I for Creativity
- Stroke Alert
Stroke Alert is a quantifiable diagnostic tool that aims to provide simple and fast diagnosis test for users with risk of potential stroke. The app allows users to conduct the F.A.S.T stroke test on their own using mobile or webcam by using PoseNet, a machine learning model which allows for real-time human pose estimation in the browser.
