PROJECT OVERVIEW
This assignment was outsourced to me as a freelancer. I conducted heuristic analysis to understand the key usability issues, redesigned the visualisation and navigation of the platform and gathered evaluation.
SUMMARY
This is an internal platform that employees at Realpro use to manage property listings. The purpose of this assignment was to understand and redesign the usability issues of RealPro Platform and redesign the platform.
GOALS
Redesign the navigations to allow ease of use
Redesign the platform to give it a more contemporary look

PROBLEM
Realpro’s current UI is not contemporary and has multiple usability and navigation issues.
Users find it a challenge to use the platform for daily task such as adding and editing property details.
Users also find it difficult to view property details.
METHOD
Wireframing using Azure software
I analyzed and mapped out RealPro’s sitemap and plan the redesign of the UI and navigation of the platform.
The main focus was to understand the user task that is performed on each screen. I analyzed each UI screens and mapped out the subsections.
