Goal
To enhance the current user experience for users performing One-on-One set up on our platform.
Problem
Based on feedback from our clients who interact regularly with our Client success team, we found that users struggle to perform One-on-One set up via our modal format. There is also no way for them to track their One-on-One reports and activities.
Strategy
Introduce side drawers to enhance the user experience of performing One-on-One set up.
Currently, users have to go through a couple of modals to set up their One-on-Ones and they have expressed frustration on not knowing how many steps they have to go though to complete a set up.
Revamped One-on-One function
Introducing the side drawer for One-on-One set up allows users to know in advance what they have to complete for the set up.
