Goal
To enhance the experience of performing a work review on our mobile platform.
Problem
We found out through research with our users that nobody likes to use our mobile app to perform performance reviews. They would 100% prefer using our web application to perform the task.
Some of the main deterrents and challenges they faced while using our mobile app to perform review are:
Limited actions
Selection options are not intuitive
Overview of pending reviews are messy
UI does not look appealing - clunky and information is everywhere
Strategy
By redesigning the entire feature and include more intuitive design solutions to enhance the experience for our users.
Current UI
This is a list of pending reviews. Users have to scroll down all the way to get an understanding of the overview of the list. The information is overwhelming and there is no focus point.
Selection buttons are very small and tight.
